Today is officially the first day of Fall. I love Fall in Wisconsin. The weather turns a little cooler and the leaves begin to change colors. I baked cookies and the scent filled the house. I did get in a little card crafting today. One of the first stamp sets I bought from Stampin' Up was Secret Garden. The flowers seem obvious for Spring and Summer cards. I decided to change things up a bit. I chose a Crumb Cake card base and stamped the flower on Crumb Cake cardstock. I feel that it gives the card an autumn feel. Colors like Daffodil Delight and Tangerine Tango are more muted. The layers are distressed using Early Espresso.
Thanks for stopping by. Don't forget to do a little
