Irresistibly Yours DSP - DSC #119

Happy Thursday again!!  Time for another DOstamper STARS Challenge.  I love this Home Sweet Home challenge photo.  The colors and butterflies of this phone case are too cute.
Here is my card.  Have you seen this paper in the 2015 Sale-a-bration brochure?  This paper is part of the Irresistibly Yours DSP pack.  The actual paper is white with white embossing.  There are many different ways to color this paper, I chose to sponge it.  I used Strawberry Slush, Coastal Cabana and Pistachio Pudding sponged in rows on the floral paper.  I punched out a couple Silver Glimmer butterflies to add some sparkle.

And, as promised, more stamping with the Because You Care Hostess Set.  What a great springtime card to send a friend to brighten their day.
Thanks for stopping by.  Visit my fellow STARS for more inspiration.

Because I Care - DSC #118

Happy Thursday!!  Welcome to the first Thursday Challenge for February 2015.  What?  Can you believe it is February already?  This week we have a Sketch Pad challenge.
I love the simplicity of the sketch this week.  I recently received the Because You Care Hostess Stamp Set from the 2015 Occasions.  This is a great stamp set!!  It has so many fantastic sentiments that are a great size to feature on your cards.  I will be using it over the next few weeks, so stop by next week to see more.  Plus, the border stamp coordinates with the Apothocary Accents Framelits - bonus, no fussy cutting!!
I layered the sentiment over a tea lace doilie and some retired Soft Suede ribbon.

Thanks for stopping by.  Visit my fellow STARS for more inspiration.

Painted Blooms Challenge Cards - DSC #117

It's Thursday - that means it is time for another DOstamper STARS Challenge.  Today we are featuring a Color My World Challenge.
When I saw these colors, I immediately thought of the Painted Petals stamp set and Painted Blooms DSP.  I chose to go simple this week and create some cards with the DSP.  The sentiments are from the Another Thank You Photopolymer stamp set.

The DSP looks so pretty with either Blackberry Bliss or Rose Red.  Make up a couple of these quick and easy Thank You cards for yourself or to give as a gift.

These cards are featured in my Sale-A-Bration special. Check it our here.

    DOstamper STARS Challenge #116

Happy Thursday!!  Time for another DOstamper STARS Challenge.
January is going by so fast for me.  Soon it will be Valentine's Day and I better get going on my cards.  Aren't the cookies in today's Home Sweet Home challenge photo almost too pretty to eat?
Here is my card.  I was drawn to the graphic patterns in the Stacked with Love DSP stack combined with the Stacked with Love washi tape.  Don't have the exact sentiment you need?  Create your own!  I used the Epic Alphabet stamp set to stamp Love.   I combined that with the Crazy About You stamp set.

SAB Best Year Ever DSC 115

Happy Thursday!! Welcome to another DOstamper STARS Sketch Pad challenge.
Here is my card (I may have rotated things a bit - LOL).  I really wanted to use the new Sale-A-Bration Best Year Ever paper this week. I love Coastal Cabana and these papers are great.  The background paper has a Bokeh effect that looks so cool - with no effort!!  I cut the striped paper on an angle to create the diagonal effect.

The sentiment is from the SAB Simply Wonderful stamp set.  The sample image in the Sale-A-Bration brochure is shown with the Extra Large Oval punch.  However, you can mix things up and use other punches or framelits you already own.  I cut this with the Apothocary Accents Framelits and layered it over a 2 1/2" Circle.
Hope you like my card this week.  You can actually get the DSP and the Stamp Set FREE!  For every $50 you spend, you can choose one FREE SAB item.  Plus, I am offering a special during Sale-A-Bration.  Shop my online store 24/7.

    DOstamper STARS Challenge #114

Happy Thursday!  Time for another DOstamper STARS challenge.  This week we are featuring a Color My World challenge.
Here is my card.  I used the Dotty Angles stamp set to create the Hello Honey ombre background.  Photopolymer stamps make it easy to line up the images perfectly.  I stamped the top row full strength, then I stamped the same image twice more without reinking the stamp.

Here is closer view of the stamping.

The greeting is from the Banner Blessings stamp set.  This set is only available online and has some great sentiments.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Visit my fellow STARS for more inspiration.

DOstamper STARS Challenge #113 & Blog Candy

Happy 2015!!  Can you believe another year has passed and it is already 2015?  We are starting the New Year off right with a little stamping inspiration for you.  Here is the photo:

Here is my card.  I was inspired by the colors of the photo and the bubbles.  I added Watercolor Wonder Designer Washi Tape to the top and bottom of the Whisper White layer.  For the word "happy", I used the negative space from the Hello You Thinlets Die cut from Gold Foil cardstock.  The Hello Thinlets Die is a new item from the 2015 Occasions Catalog that goes live on January 6!!

Since New Year's Day is not a traditional card giving holiday, I made another version for the next card holiday - Valentine's Day.

This card uses another gold washi tape - this time from a new washi tape set from the 2015 Occasions Catalog called Stack with Love Designer Washi Tape.  I can't wait for this catalog to go live and I hope you are excited for all the new products too.

Now time for some BLOG CANDY!!  This week I am offering a variety of Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper measuring 4" x 6".  Some will be current, some will be retired, but it is all Stampin' Up!  You will get at least 50-4" x 6" sheets in a variety of patterns.  To win, leave a comment stating what your favorite Stampin' Up DSP is (new or old) below by Sunday, January 4.  I will choose one winner on Monday to receive this prize.
Thanks for stopping by.  Visit my fellow STARS for more inspiration.
